Christina Soontornvat

Christina Soontornvat spent most of her childhood behind the counter of her parents’ Thai restaurant with her nose stuck in a book. She is an engineer, a STEM educator, and the aunt of ten rascally nieces and nephews. They are the inspiration for her debut picture book, THE BLUNDERS, illustrated by Colin Jack (Candlewick, Spring 2020), a hilarious tale about counting (and forgetting to count!).
