Shelley Johannes

Shelley Johannes is the author-illustrator of MORE THAN SUNNY and the acclaimed chapter book series BEATRICE ZINKER, UPSIDE DOWN THINKER. Her second picture book, THIS JOY!, releases in October 2022. A former architectural designer, Shelley now makes books from her childhood home in Michigan. While her arms stretch only sixty-four inches wide, her joy reaches far beyond her fingertips.
